Summer Camp 2010!

"Life, It's About Me!"

    In this year's theme, we explore the many different jobs people do within our community, from Fire Fighter and Nurse to Store Keeper and Teacher. Perhaps there is a future Doctor, Policeman, Scientist, Athlete, or IRS agent waiting to discover themselves!

    Our full recreation program offers thrills through sports, field trips, and swimming; showcase your talents through art; invigorate your imagination through creative play and have adventures galore. All thewhile making friends and lifelong memories.
Create memories that last a lifetime.......

        Summer is the perfect time to bring people together by nurturing a healthy development that helps your people grow up confident, caring, and responsible. Theme-related assignments and projects are carefully interwoven into the academic and creative curriculum. Field trips and special visitors will also help students to fully explore and contribute to this summer's "It's all about me" theme.

What to Bring.....

  1.  Sneakers or closed toe shoes.
  2. Backpack with full change of clothes.
  3. If not purchasing your meals, please send a packed lunch and water bottle: both labeled with your child(ren)'s name. (No soft drinks)

June 8th -August 13th.

 

Camp Hours:  

Monday - Friday 6:30 - 6:00

 

Location:  VA Center

 

Age Group:   5 yrs - 12 yrs

 

Requirements: 

Children must have completed kindergarten and be at least 5 years of age.

Camp Fees
  • $117.00 week
  • $24.00 Registration fee
  • $27.00 a day/ PT enrollemtn
  • $35.00 *Activity fee

What to Wear

  • Children should bring sunscreen and wear comfortable clothing that can get dirty!

 

  • Children should follow dress code guidlines established by Jefferson & Berkeley County schools.
