In our Busy Town classroom, we provide toddlers a safe and engaging environment where they can explore and learn more about their world daily. Our staff develops engaging activities that promote problem-solving, continued language development, and independence. Our Busy Town teachers continue to use American Sign Language but also model language, play, and other essential skills toddlers develop during this stage of growth and development. Independent skills such as washing hands, brushing teeth, eating with utensils, and drinking from a regular cup are modeled and practiced daily as children learn the different routines in the classroom. Our Busy Town classroom has a 1:4 child-to-staff ratio with a maximum class size of 8 children.

We kindly request that children enrolled in the Busy Town room come prepared with two additional sets of clothing to address any unforeseen messes or emergencies. Parents or guardians are responsible for providing wipes, diapers, and pull-ups. While we encourage comfort items for nap times, we ask that toys not be brought to the center unless they are soft and suitable for rest periods.
