Following Healthy Guidelines for All Students
Little Eagle Child Care Center participates in the National CACFP Program and follows guidelines for meals and celebrations for our students. Our goal is to provide children with meals that are both nutritious and delicious. In order to bring a child’s lunch, you must have a doctor’s note. If you decide to pack your child’s lunch, we ask that it is healthy and does not include a large amounts of sweets. Little Eagle Child Care Center does not permit soda for students, and limits the amount of juices to once or twice a month.
Parents will receive a menu each month, full of high-fiber, nourishing meals. Our meal schedule includes:
Breakfast: 8:00 am – 8:45 am
Lunch: 11:15 am – 12:00 pm
Snack: 2:30 pm – 3:00 pm
